YouTube's Live Hair Transplant Attracts Record-Breaking 70,000 Viewers
Over 70,000 consumers tuned in to the first ever YouTube Live hair transplant on Friday, November 18th, as I performed a second NeoGraft Follicular-Unit Extraction (FUE) on weblebrity Kevin “Nalts” Nalty. The live hair transplant surgery was broadcasted live on YouTube’s new, interactive webcast platform, YouTube Live, and simulcasted on Spencer Kobren’s The Bald Truth radio show, GFQ web radio network, Ustream, JustinTV, Switcher radio and iTunes radio. The live hair transplant webcast created a new medical experience by allowing viewers to become active participants in the surgical process like never before, including a live Q&A with myself and Nalty during the actual procedure.
